- Due to handmade nature, minor variations in color, size, and finish are natural and not defects

- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors

*4. Orders & Payment*

- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment

- We accept UPI, Cards, Netbanking, Wallets, and COD [COD may have extra charges]

- Payment is processed securely by Razorpay/other gateway. We do not store card details

*5. Shipping, Returns & Cancellation*

Key points:

- Processing: 2-3 business days

- Returns: 7 days for damaged/defective/wrong items only

- Cancellations: Within 12 hours of placing order
